Denver, Colorado to Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Leaving Denver, we drive straight to Steamboat Springs to try out the natural hot springs. They are indeed very hot, and the water is incredible - our skin felt amazing afterwards and we started to relax and get into the adventure vibes!

We had to visit the famous F M Light & Sons, a store opened in 1905 with a wonderful array of western clothing and accessories. There are hundreds of signs for it all along the route, the marketing is truly terrific! The business is 5th generation, and some of the signs are over 100 years old and still survive on the roadside. We had found the perfect place for the obligatory purchase of our stetsons, shirts, boots and belts!
